Overcoming fear, worry and anxiety comes down to how to stop fearing fear in the first place. It’s most important to know how to get rid of fear and loose fear of everything. The biggest problem with fear and worry is that they can paralyze us. That means if you get so caught up in worrying and that is all you do then nothing else gets done. Your thoughts aren’t clear, you don’t grow, learn, and experience life. The same thing can happen with fear. There is nothing wrong with a little fear or a little concern. These feelings can serve to keep us alert and safe. Just don’t let fear and worry paralyze you! It’s when you’re uncomfortable and scared to do something new or to make a change you know deep down that is good for you that GROWTH often happens!  Go through it. Your heart pounding….FEEL ALIVE! Explore all that life offers you. Even baby steps count.

Imagining in your mind the worst situation and holding that thought can make your body respond as if it had actually happened! This creates stress in your body and is unhealthy. Think of the situation with a positive outcome. What is the BEST that could happen. Feel what it would be like if all the best possible for you happened.

Perform your personal best, be patient with yourself. Fear and worry of not fitting in or being accepted, can destroy our good judgment and reasoning for making smart choices.
